PERCIVAL EVERETT is a Distinguished Professor of English at USC. His most recent novel James is a Pulitzer Prize winner, #1 New York Times Bestseller, and National Book Award winner. It's a brilliant, action-packed reimagining of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, both harrowing and darkly humorous, told from the enslaved Jim’s point of view.
